「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「Grab and go breakfast was short-staffed and took over 15 minutes to checkout prepacked food. Otherwise, the resort has plenty to offer for both kids and adults. Pickle ball paddles are free for loan included in the 1hour court access. Current buffet breakfast cost $26/person.」

「Cozy, quiet, clean. bus nearby to travel. Loved the beach access. Walking distance to plaza nearby with coffee and food. Nice place if you’re looking to simply unwind and relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 」

「Had a great girls weekend at the Saint, Randy did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Everything you need, you can find there. Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, wagons, are readily available. Nice pool and hot tub area with bar and happy hour. 」

「Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.」

「Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf.」

「If you have shellfish allergy they cannot accommodate you at any restaurant except the pizza during the day. For dinner they can. So just know hanging at the pool or beach you will need to go else where for food. Our toilet overflowed twice, the room with double bed is actually the size of a single room. The beach is nice and the beach staff too. The jacuzzi is a perfect temperature to relax. Not the most terrible but way over priced for quality of room etc」

「Stand out service. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet- outstanding lady on staff there. She was so helpful- greeting customers and offering assistance to serve them food and drink. Very friendly snd accommodating front desk staff (Danny) and others. Really remarkable all around. Great location in middle of downtown dining, too! 」

「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」
