「Rooms very unhygienic, shower holder snapped, no warning about the very thin walls that prevented sleep due to outside noise just coming straight through. Amenities listed were not all there also ‘free breakfast’ the restaurant wasn’t open in the morning for this. We had a very late check in and were given nothing or even an apology for the delay also states English speaking staff there was none」

「The entrance is not easy to see as it appears to be the exit rather than the entrance. It is off the main road. The person at reception took a phone call while checking us in, which I thought was a bit rude. The room was spacious, quiet and luxurious. There is no coffee machine. We had an early shuttle so did not stay for breakfast. The charge for the breakfast was automatically added to our bill and had to be removed. The bath is large and deep, quite difficult to get in and out of. I couldn't...

「The location was fabulous and the historical charm of the hotel and room was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was that the toilet was not in the same room as the shower and sink. And the floor in the shower room was in poor condition with grout missing. And shower door is not the best design and I can see how water is affecting the condition of the bathroom. I liked the parking option. I would stay here again. Merci à tous!」
