When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away.

Staff went above and beyond, the property is upscale and immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The hotel breakfast was worth the added cost and gave us a good start for our two days of shopping the Lille market.

This Best Western is a bit out of the way but was a perfect location for our needs. There are a couple of bakeries within minutes as well as a grocery store. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Check-in was easy with direct access from the car park to reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean with comfortable bed, large shower and the dressing gowns were a nice additional touch. Didn't use the other facilities as we only stayed one night but we plan to come back to explore the area further.

The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Free underground safe parking lot with EV stations. Lots of spaces available. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice machine where you make your own. Good selection of hot and cold food. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street.

Clean, tidy, secure. Comfortable bed. The receptionist was curt probably not the best position at the hotel for this individual. If the hotel was to instate a natural bright and cheerful receptionist the hotel would be a better experience.

Nice modern hotel - great for a short stop over on our journey from the UK. Not much in Loos itself so if you want to eat dinner make sure you book into the restaurant next door - it looks good but sadly fully booked when we arrived and it’s the only decent place in town.

Stayed for two nights- had only booked one but needed to stay for another night and staff very helpfull with rearrangements. Room clean and staff very professional and helpfull. They arranged taxi on one occasion which arrived promptly the rest of the time i took local bus to lille centre the stop for which is located near hotel. Would stay again.
