「Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. 」

「Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

「Staffer's were courteous, respectful, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was second to none and hospitality was superb. House keeping was excellent with daily cleaning and garbage disposal. Although, my wife and I don't drink alcohol, the bar tenders were very friendly. The front lobby/waiting area and the reading room with the fireplace was absolutely stunning. The Coffered Ceiling gave the lobby an elegant and charming appearance. The room we stayed in had all the amenities possible with...

「Good view and easy access to the beach」

「Our stay was good, I wish there was another elevator on the beach front area...we have to walk a long distance to get to our room. Room was clean, weather was not good so we stay mostly in the room relaxing. But they have a nice set up, the pool looks great, the hot tub was cool too. The only downside to our stay was our room door wasn't working properly, my husband had to lift the door in order to close it. Other than that we liked the hotel.」

「I liked the room and the location at the end of the boardwalk when it is so crowded. It felt very safe. I wish it included Roku TV so I could log onto Netflix and other streaming services.」

「Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...
