「The Hotel Staff was very helpful when I arrived. I was meeting friends at another hotel & the front desk gave me a copy of walking directions!! When I was leaving I was able to leave my suitcase as I had 5 hours to roam around & have a final lunch with friends!」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「Hotel is quiet as it's removed by a hallway from the noise of the casino. Nice rooftop pool and hot tubs! My only dissatisfaction was that the bed sheet covering the mattress was not fitted, just a flat sheet tucked in. The sheet wasn't big enough to avoid coming untucked so you ended up sleeping on a bare mattress...yuck. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
