「I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great. The hotel needs quite a few upgrades: -the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved). -the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. 「The only thing I would have liked is charging capabilities at the bedside for phones, or in our case, hearing devices. Other than that, although there were hot springs surrounding us, we took advantage of the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, and much appreciated. The hosts were so nice! A map of the town is available. Towels and pool robes were offered for free, with the only rule to please return them. We had a GREAT stay! Thank you!」
