「Excellent stay, with amazing breakfast!」

「This is an old hotel (1930s) in the mountain town of Fairplay Colorado. Quaint, a little rustic, but our stay (1 night) was quite pleasant. Everything worked fine and the breakfast (an additional $15) was delicious - fresh fruit, a choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, meats and pastry. In a throwback to an earlier time, no TVs in the rooms (no hardship for us). Staff are delightful. We will stay there when we pass that way again 」

「Bailey and Carl were some of the nicest and most welcoming hosts I have ever met. They were personable and made my fiance and I feel at home in their property. The room we chose was spacious, clean, and quaint. The breakfast they served was catered to my dietary restrictions with no problem and we enjoyed chatting with some of the other guests over our meal. We spent our baby moon at the Capitol Hill Mansion and will hold this special weekend in our memories for the rest of our lives. 」

「We loved our stay here! The breakfasts... outstanding. Service was top-notch. On-site spa...amazing. The extra touches, such as robes, sleep machine & fans in the room, plus the rec room, hot tub & snacks help to make it a lovely home away from home. Having use of the bikes was fantastic plus the knowledge of the staff with their recommendations made our adventures in the area so much fun. A fabulous stay and they go above & beyond to make your stay a great one.」
