「Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again」

「Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. Great location. 」

「The place was very clean and had plenty of soap and dishwasher pods to keep the place nice during our stay. It was my husband and 2 kids, cooked most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen including breakfast which had a nice coffee maker and toaster. The gondola was perfect, after driving over 12 hours to get to Telluride we didn’t need our car for the next 2 days. Explored multiple hikes and the town of Telluride- completed the Bridal Veil Falls- amazing.」

「I would suggest steering well clear of this property. The actual property is in a good location and is a nice little place to stay with a couple of bedrooms, a common lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. However, the check-in process was beyond diabolic. After I had booked, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional security deposit, and then asked to pay an additional amount of funds because they said they didn't have my reservation. They did finally give me access to the property but gave me the...

「This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. 」

「Great stay loved it everything I needed was there 」

「AvantStay provided timely and accurate instructions for our stay in the condo. Condo was in a perfect location in town, walkable to everything including ski lifts. Condo well stocked and very clean. One car though as parking is limited on property.」

「Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

「My friend and I had a girls weekend and our stay was amazing. It was quiet, people were kind, and it was a beautiful property.」

「I had trouble getting the access code not because of Hillside Properties, but because I didn't have phone service. I was grateful that Shana was there cleaning when I was on my way to Westcliffe and got an access code. Then once I had internet I had service. Beautiful place and very enjoyable stay.」
