「I would suggest steering well clear of this property. The actual property is in a good location and is a nice little place to stay with a couple of bedrooms, a common lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. 「AvantStay provided timely and accurate instructions for our stay in the condo. Condo was in a perfect location in town, walkable to everything including ski lifts. Condo well stocked and very clean. One car though as parking is limited on property.」

「I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. 「This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Was really clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed our stay there and could of relaxed there for a few more days. It just felt so homey. I would highly recommend this place. If I ever go back to Denver I'll look this place up.」

There was plenty of space, including additional beds in the basement area, although we did not end up using them. One downside was the game room — unfortunately it was very dusty, so we weren’t able to enjoy that space, and it is located separate from the house. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location.」

「The house was adorable and it was convenient for us. However, the backyard was a disaster. Also, the house is 120 years old, and all the doors and floors cricked. Also, the house is not for short people. The beds are high, the countertops are high and the 2 person clawed bathtub is very difficult to get in and out due to the height. Also, there needs to be a better way to get in touch with host in case of an emergency. It took over 45 minutes to get in touch with the host due to the wireless...
