「Clean and modern rooms. Nice rooftop bar with good service to match. Amenities boxes in the room were present but empty for some reason. Late checkout is only till 13:00 after which it’s chargeable which was a disappointing “benefit” of the travel rewards company used for the booking. Excellent location and friendly staff, mostly.」

「The location is very convenient, the hotel room is large, and the service attitude is very good. But this is New York, so don't expect free parking!」

「 Had a wonderful stay at the Equinox in NY; the staff were top-notch—friendly and extremely responsive to issues. The high cost of food was noticeable, but it seems in line with the luxury experience offered by the hotel. 」

「Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean, and staffed with very friendly and competent people. Will definitely come back! One small nit: Many cable stations were out in my room. So I had to give up MSNBC for three nights and resort to CNN and a smattering of ABC news. It probably for was for own good;)」

「Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^」
