Bac Ninh 5 Stars Hotels

"The staff was lovely and the location was great. I did not feel the hotel was 5 star when compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. Our room was disappointing/not as expected which we voiced to the staff at check in and through a review after we checked out. The hotel manager reached out to apologize and corrected as best he could which I appreciated. Overall the experience was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Friend, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the sky bar was closed 2 nights for private functions which was a disappointment. "

"We loved the location and the service at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. Being in the Old Quarter meant that most of the major sites were within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of cook to order options as well as a full spread."

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "
