The breakfast was excellent. Of note, please keep in mind this in the heart of the old quarter if you are expecting quiet you may want to consider that but then again that is one of the charms of Hanoi! "

We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great. "
