"We had a lovely first stay and were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a family room. The service from all the staff was excellent. It is a great place for families. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety, and with good views. The location is ideal for exploring. They are very helpful at the front desk, arranging us onward transfers including cars to Ninh Binh."

"This hotel is exceptional! Everything about it is outstanding, from the hotel decor, the breakfast, cleanliness and facilities. It’s also in a great position and everything is walkable. The only other thing I have to say, is that the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff.Everyone, from all the people working at reception, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff ( 10 stars to the egg chef!), could not have been more friendly and helpful.
