「Khu này mới và sạch sẽ, nhiều cây xanh, đầy đủ tiện ích, có bể bơi bể bơi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và thủ tục check-in nhanh chóng. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, có view đẹp. Khuôn viên xung quanh có nhiều cây thông, lên ảnh rất đẹp Tổng thể, rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới.」

「非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。」

「The front gate to the building was always locked and required a very inconvenient keypad to open it. I requested a room on the a high floor, but received one on the first floor with windows that couldn't see anything except for stone and were there for just safety in case of a fire. The lobby was very cluttered and never staffed when I walked through it except twice when the owner was walking by. It's decntly priced, but I doubt I'd go again 」
