This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful!! The location is perfect and we had everything we needed close by. Highly recommend the rooftop bar and the buffet breakfast. Couldn’t rate this experience more highly. A++++++ :)
