"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. "When i walked in the receptionist, Trang, greeted me and made my check-in seamless& quick. When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. She also helped me forward money to a person from whom i had purchased gifts to take home. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was superb. The room was clean and almost sparkling. One of the best hotel accommodations i have had for a long time and at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely stay there again!"

"This hotel is about 15 min from the airport. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and you have about 5 choices for breakfast, from noodles to bread and eggs. The room is clean and there is a fan and air condition. This is our second time staying at this hotel. "

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "
