「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「Form the moment we arrived we were greeted with chilled Champagne at the door at that moment I knew that we were in the right place, and I wasn’t disappointed everything in this resort was by far exceeded what I expected the cleanliness the attention given to every guest, the entertainment offered at the resort till the last day it never changed. It was a beautiful experience. It was my first time visiting Tulum and I was not disappointed at the very least.」

「Our room was always cleaned, with fresh towels and the staff were very pleasant.
Our Butler Julio took especially great care of our needs, from making dinner reservations, to suggesting different activities, to making sure we were always comfortable.
I can’t express enough how efficient our Butler Julio was! Thank you!」
