Close to the beach

Lovely place with nice views especially from rooftop pool. Quick walk to the beach.

We had an amazing stay!! We stayed 7 nights every single person was so attentive and kind. The rooms were great!

From the airport pick up til the warm fare well, everything was super well organised by Mandy and her crew. We stayed in the 8pers bungalow with the private pool and had a great time. there are 3 separate buildings, two of them have a queen sized bed and bathrooms and the other has 2 rooms with a queen and a shared bathroom. The pic shows the very spacious living-kitchen area. In the middle of these 4 buildings there's the pool. We took part in the cooking course with the chef from the...

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We got the limestone cliff view. Staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. The food was a little different every day. The pool had a great vibe with a nice bar and good music. Great value for this area.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, dejlig fin strand i den vestlige side. Lidt larm fra Long tails. Rene...

OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. Walking distance to beach and food and shops. The hotel itself was beautiful. Pool a lovely welcome after a day in the heat. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful and they remember you daily. Greeted with a juice upon arrival. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect and the best amenities during our trip to...

Fun hotel! Employees are awesome!! Spa is very relaxing!! Love every bit of it! Rooms could be a little cleaner but I am picky when it come to that!

Loved our room on 4th floor awesome views of pools and ocean. Staff where amazing shower towels need repkacing.

Awesome staying

Love this hotel! It is rock climbing themed and has modern decorations and furniture. The staff are very friendly and helped translate when we needed it. We didn’t take the hotel breakfast becauses there are plenty of food options in the area. The only downside is the location. It is located about 0.5 miles away from the beach. And it is on a main road so it can be a little noisy if your room faces the road. I would definitely stay here again. The picture is of the staff making light floats for...

Well its a bit out of Krabi downtown (40 minutes) but right next to a great beach, near wonderful restaurants; it has a great spa (I would recommend the aloe massage for sun burns it does wonders) and the boat tours of the islands are a dream for snorkeling and just a fun day out in a magical environment and the hotel pool is wonderful (the rooms are sound proofed better than most in Thailand). I would strongly recommend this hotel I loved it and had a blast in Krabi.

I have just written an elaborate review and when I clicked "submit" I got a message back "access to website forbidden" Am trying a second time but just briefly. The place ws great with a large porch, huge well equipped kitchen and great location. Good accoustics means that even if there was a lot of noise in the pool, it was absolutely quiet inside. Do not sign up with breakfast included, food is not impressive. But plenty of restaurants outside.

My wife and me stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet place and our biggest problem was deciding whether to go to the beach or to one of the 2 swimming pools.

Great hotel and centrally located in town with easy access to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym needs a little updating. Wonderful pool!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Panorama room and we weren't disappointed! The view is amazing and I could spend hours in the small balcony pool. They have an infinity pool for certain levels of the hotel and several bar location options. on certain nights of the week, the hotel offers a BBQ buffet and a breakfast buffet is open every morning. It is also a short walk from the nightlife and beach. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is on East Railay, but it is only a short walk to West Railay and Phanang Beach. It is waterfront on East Railay. The facilities are wonderful--infinity pool, dining, rooms. The rooms are divided into the economy rooms (a short walk) and the more superior rooms (very close to dining and pool). We were upgraded without hesitation when we had an issue with our room (staff immediately addressed the issue and upgraded us without having to be asked). There is a difference between the...
