"Room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom toilet area has gross hair upon check in, had to call several time for it to get cleaned up… after waiting for a long time had to do it ourselves because we have kids that needs to use bathroom…. Rooms smelled weird and other unclean items throughout room. The employees at check in were persistent with trying to get you to attend the “presentation “ for a timeshare super annoying. Otherwise everything else was fine."

The rooms are basically apartments fully equipped so you can shop, prepare your own meals and do your laundry everything is comfortable and the people here are wonderful.
