"The dinner at the restaurant took over an hour to get food, semi cold. Inside pool was flooded making walking through it to get to outside pool like ice skating. Elevator was so old and slow. But Hotel was sitting in a very relaxed setting "

"We spent 2nights with family and overall experience was great. Room was clean and front desk people were nice. Great location for Seaworld and other restaurants and local shops nearby."

"The pool was ok. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned on the following day. Also did not stayed at the room I choosed online."

"It's like Extended stay rebranded as courtyard marriott. Pretty old and rusty. Pros: location Cons: old and rusted rooms and pool, the bistro run by 2 poor ladies taking entire hotel orders customized to the last ingredient, couldn't eat there."

"15th march seemed short staffed wouldve been nice if pool towels were stocked, sheets were in the room already for the pull out bed and or brought to us... we had to go get them and after traveling all day was kinda sucky. Also complementary water wasnt full when front desk was just sitting at the desk not busy at all.... next morning breakfast was unorganized and busy we just left after waiting for 20min.... didnt seemed stocked or prepared. Other wise other days and experience was good. "
