「只是床褥太軟，其他如花灑、熱水煲、燙抖等設備很好」

「地理位置绝佳，酒店人员非常热情，并给予很多帮助，非常感谢他们并推荐给来此地的游客。」

「Breakfast could be improved by adding cheese/cold cuts.」

「地方乾淨，但設備不太好。」

「非常棒，舒适干净」

「Breakfast was really good.」

「很好，房間夠大，地理位置非常方便」

「Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up….」

「This property was a bit different with nice quirky rooms. Not huge but well arranged and comfy. The staff were exceptionally good, very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was not too vast but had everything I like. We especially enjoyed the filter coffee which we prefer to the machines. The honesty lounge with tea, coffee and various other delights was a great idea and well used. A great overnight stay for us.」

「very poor experience, wanted to refuse check in and check out during midnight」

「This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage, toast, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. The coffee machine is accessible all day. Plenty of parking if not busy but fills quickly so get there early. Do wish that hotels would leave the smart functions operational on the room TVs so guests can access their Netflix accounts!」

「各方面都非常好，非常接近市中心，各方面都很方便！！！」

「The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!」

「The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station」
