「No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer.」

「Amazing property, such helpful and hospitable staff and the breakfast and food (two dinners we at the restaurant) was excellent! Just a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Very relaxing stay!」

「The entire property was a 10+. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Taco, the bartender/waiter, was great, he offered great advice on the area and made a heck of a Pina Colada. He deserves a raise.」

「We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so...

「Huge equine ooped all over our car everyday they also ran around the tin roofs all hours making noises and keeping us awake and on top of that huge mangos fall out of the trees you park under hitting your cars and splattering one staff member had her window broken out these mangos hit the tin roofs and you would think someone was attacking you in the middle of the night! We want stay again for this reason.」

「I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. My family and I booked a 4-night stay and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked into the room, there were serious cleanliness and health concerns. There was visible mold on the pillows and throughout the room, the sheets appeared dirty and stained, and the bathroom was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. 「The people were so nice and accommodating. Large room and only a 1 min walk to the beach. They have free parking, good air conditioning and good food. We came for 1 day but stayed 4 we liked it so much」
