「Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. 「From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!」

My wife and I stumbled upon this place on the way home from a trip to Chicago a year ago- it was such a great experience that we took our family of 5 back for a weekend trip. 「I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...

「Ugh this was not a great place. No parking unless you do valet for $25 overnight. The lobby reeked of chlorine, and the pool was extremely small. The room was clean and functional. Good for business trips, not for family trips.」
