「Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. 「The breakfast was just basic and the rooms were small the tv is also very small. The blue heron across the street is superior and cheaper for a view of the lake and bigger rooms. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.」

「Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have been better were better choices for breakfast. We would stay here again.」

「The manager is not the friendliest person to deal with, then charged us for "damaged sheets" yes, they had a couple small blood stains on them, I get that, but the blood would have easily came out if washed properly, just out for money. Would not stay here again because of the manager alone, the other employees were great, helpful & friendly. Told us she fired a girl for taking the CC over the phone, then the next day asked for mine over the phone, talking out both sides of her mouth.」

「Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....
