「The road to get to the lodge was very narrow, and we almost went into a ditch trying to let a maintenance truck go through. The room that we were given was right above the restaurant, and it felt like we were put in an office rather than an actual lodging room. It was away from the other rooms in the lodge, which felt weird. The room did not have a number on the door or beside it, so we had difficulty finding it. 「For price point, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic amenities like daily housekeeping. You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. Go for the casino or entertainment but staying more than one (1) night is not recommended. Other...

「My husbend fel down from plastic chair which broke, at the pool side...hurting himself. The entrance, to the property from the main street, is NOT lit and at night is hard to find a way. The curved driveway with high curbs」

「My daughter and I recently stayed for a softball tournament. We loved the view of the lake and our room was a great size! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept everything was and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.」

「It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.」
