「Everything was fine until we arrived. Upon check in. we notices the signage that the pool was under maintenance. When we were walking to our room on the second floor, there was a terrible smell of sewerage in the hallway. Once we were in our guest room, we did not smell the sewerage. Upon our checkout, we had to find someone from valet to get our vehicle.」

「The pool area was great. Much bigger than I thought it would be and very very nice. Nice bar area and they had bands playing in the day time and evening. I was dissappointed to find out that they do not have daily room cleaning. We ran out of towels quickly and had to go to the front desk and ask for more.」

「The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it. I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. 「Only thing was disappointing is clerk / male guy ( manager) told me I needed to place a credit card on file for room Which I paid for room in advance and that my card wasn’t going to be charged at all and I got a 40 dollar charge which resulted in my account a negative charge and when asked about charge he was leaving shift and thru. Hands up and didn’t care to explained! Also I paid for a double quiet room for 2 beds and when I arrived he didn’t have a double I had to take a one bedroom queen...

「The breakfast was just basic and the rooms were small the tv is also very small. The blue heron across the street is superior and cheaper for a view of the lake and bigger rooms. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.」

「Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. This young man's amazing disposition is honestly what made us fall in love with this location. As much as we look forward to...
