The same customer service staff checked us in and out and was very rude. After check in she goes “okay you’re checked in”, I asked where our keys were and she goes “ we will text you when your room is ready”. At checkout, no polite conversation such as “ how was your stay”, etc. She simply took our room keys, typed on the computer and said “you’re checked out”. No, “have a nice day or anything”. I had to ask for a receipt which she appeared to be miffed by my asking for one. Other staff on property usually said hi, have a good day, etc as we passed them and were very cordial. She was not a good representative of the Blue Chip staff
