The lobby entrance is dark and uninviting. Once inside, the lobby is clean and updated, but we weren't sure they were even open until we got inside.
The first room they gave us didn't match the pictures, as we were hoping for a couch to lounge on during our stay. Also, the fridge was very loud, and upon examination, was frosted over and had food frozen to the walls. So, we requested a different room.
The 2nd room was tidy, but not really clean. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, and the bathroom was falling apart. There was a dust collection in the toilet paper dispenser, the tissues were empty, and the floor was cracked and sharp. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room, including by the beds. The nightstand outlets didn't work, so we had to plug our phones into the TV outlets to charge.
And the breakfast... was inedible. The eggs were rotten. The sausage was burnt. There was no orange juice at all. And the tables were so close together that we all felt smushed. Tables like that are meant to be spread out, with ONE chair on each side, not 2, with walking room in between.
