Our first assigned room had been smoked in. The front desk apologized and moved us to another room. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Express checkin does not exist. I checked in online and still needed to check in. Property outside was clean, inside mostly. Very worn needs a face lift. Carpets were dirty. The room smelled bad.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was very minimal, only 2 choices of cold cereal and no yogurt for adults. If one doesn’t eat sausage and eggs, there isn’t much,

Check in was quick and easy, the room had everything we needed and breakfast was great. Located right off I-94 and having Walmart right across the street was a bonus.

Good value for this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage as well as waffles and cold items. Not too far of I-94 so it was much less expensive to stay in Michigan City than closer to Chicago.

The room was extremely small and old. It was clean though. The breakfast was very good. The pool was closed during open hours and the “gym” had two machines that did not work correctly and that was all. There were no weights, benches, etc. The front desk manager Kim also had a great deal of attitude. Our stay was no more than just fine.

My room was clean, but it lacked several upgrades that would have improved it, such as the outdated key device used to enter the room. Also, the door locks inside the room needed repair. It made it difficult to open the door because it would get hung on the door hardware. It was outdated in that it didn't have plug-ins for your computer or to charge your phone. The staff, however, were extremely nice and very helpful. I hope they update everything; then I would stay there again.
