2/10 Terrible

"The bed was nice and comfy, but when walked in room it only had 1 TV station, can't get ahold of the help thru the phone so had to use the stair s to seek help.. bathroom has no where to hang towels, the AC unit faceplate was laying down and wouldn't stay up.."

"Upon arrival to hotel there was an unexpected deposit, there were no amenities available, not even sheets that fit the bed I was give two little sheets to tie together for a bed. There was no coffee pods with the coffee pot, the handicap parking spots were blocked unable to park there with my handicapped parent, the floor was busted up in places the lobby ceiling was leaking bad enough that they had mop buckets and buckets under it. Was told that the room we were getting was brand new, but yet there was lots of food under the pullout couch."

"Very nice, affordable and clean for the most part. The staff at night were the best super nice and welcoming. The only thing is the breakfast is from 6-9am and we heard it was until 11am. We came down around 915am and nothing it was all gone (whatever it was). I asked them if I could just have a little something to get on the road and they gave us a pastry (which I appreciate) but why not have it posted in the lobby and also have it until like 10am? So thats my biggest complaint is the breakfast time was not communicated well."

"Worst ever. Very dangerous. Staff set up to enter through the back of the building along a trash strewn wooden path to get to our room. Building smelled like rotting corpses (not joking) broken down buildings all around it. A fight between two women was happening outside. We were scared our vehicle was going to be broken into. We hid out in our rooms with our children and were scared for our safety. The breakfast was a muffin with a ghetto sign saying one per guest and dry cereal. Do not stay here. Very unsafe."

"It was a good no-frills experience. On check-in, they advised that bookings by 3rd parties (Expedia) are subject to an additional $5 fee. I advised that I pre-paid for the booking and that there shouldn’t be any additional fees—that’s why I booked through Expedia. They offered a one-time removal of the fee. Other than that brief moment, it was great. Place is clean, Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty."
