「I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning. Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience 」
