We went outside on the patio to get some sun and were unable to get back in as the key swipe machine was gone. There were just wires hanging on the wall.My husband had to walk outside the entire facility and through rocks to get back in. 「There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never...

「I stayed here over 20 years ago when it was a Hampton Inn, and the building is looking a little dated. Room was good sized. Lobby was still nice. However, the only breakfast foods were make-your-own waffles, and stale bread products. No fruit or hot foods like eggs, sausage, or potatoes that we were expecting. Swimming pool had been drained and the treadmill was out of order. Glad I wasn’t counting on using those.」
