"The shower in my room had some tile missing as you entered the shower that made it look unkept. There was a bit of mold above the shower at the very top of the tile I noticed too. Everything else seemed to be in proper order and clean."

Worst Checkin Process
"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is.
