Hyatt Place is always ahead of the game… From check in to check out. Tara at the front desk is exceptional. I’ve tried other hotels along Calumet Avenue but none can compare to Hyatt. I always come back.

The staff was amazing ! Let me start off with Monica ! Very professional! Sweet ! Charming and made us feel right at home ! The bartender was amazing also !
