"It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. "

"We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that far, the Lyft rides are about $9 on avg to get around. I loved the pool, so beautiful. The room had everything we needed and love that it's an apt so you have a kitchen. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant inside but right next to it on either side there's a grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly and it's locked at night w/ security so it feels safe as well. "
