「First time experience was best starting with free garage parking. From there get on the elevator and checking in. Check in with shift manager Shanika she was super sweet and nice. Explained everything and showed us how to access everything. Casino was nice. Ordered breakfast was good. Casino was big and nice only thing not a gambler so lost my money lol. But would recommend nice hotel was beautiful.」

「One of the better chain hotels we've stayed in. My husband finds it hard to sleep and he had the best night's sleep in years. The bathroom was a bit small but the bench space is big and so was the room. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended.」

「The hostess laughed when I asked what the breakfast was like. I understood why the next morning. Shower was stained, found trash around the room, and the bed was the creakiest thing I've ever slept on.」

「A clean room with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, and small bathroom with a shower. It was a Friday night, so I guess that accounts for the loud all night party on the floor above. My first stop after I drove away I discovered that someone had hit and damaged my brand new car in the small parking lot.」

「The person checking us in was very pleasant and informative. However, the room definitively needed updating. There were places on the walls that had been primed but not painted and paint on the molding around the bathroom door. The view of the lake from the balcony was nice.」

「Right off the highway, yet close enough to both the Indiana Dunes State and National Parks that we were able to make multiple trips to both during our short stay. Highly recommend Wagners, local restaurant, for the rib dinner.」

「This motel is very overpriced for the amenities and cleanliness. This is a motel and yet the front door do not automatically opened. With luggage this was very difficult to navigate. Looking at the ventilation unit filter, one can tell that this room has not been cleaned. The window was open. The shower head was Filthy! There was no plug in the drain to take a bath. Highway noise all day and night. The carpets are brown, as to not show dirt? Breakfast had waffles but the batter was...

「Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby.」

「Parking was right outside our room and we had a patio door which made getting items in and out very easy.」
