「First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. 「Computers were not working and check in took 45 minutes. No one said hello or apologized for our wait. We were then given a musty smelling room with wet carpet and we asked to change rooms. The new room had dirty sheets left in the pull-out couch. We were told they could only give us one extra pillow and no one came to collect the dirty sheets. 「Staff was great, very helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was poor. I forgot a mug in the fridge called about 3 hours later when I realized I forgot it and they threw it out. I actually had my diabetic meds in it. It’s a pet friendly property but it needs to be cleaned properly if pets are allowed on site.」

「Carpet dirty, horrible musty smell in room, hallway and elevator. Not the same room I booked, it was sold out. Pool dirty, room door broke, lamp broke. Mattress stained and sheets didn’t fit bed. No towels, told to go to each floor until I found a house keeper, provided cleaning clothes. Front desk clerk irritable whenever I made a request. Breakfast horrible… live in staff, disheveled and unpresentable. Baymont need to remove the name off that hotel!」
