"Great boutique hotel in the south loop area. Good proximity to restaurants and sightseeing including Grant Park. Excellent friendly staff who greets you when you return to the hotel and very responsive to every need. "

"It was not that good "

"Good, not great. The location is great with plenty of food, including grocery, options on the same block. Staff was great, always attentive and efficient even when busy. The room was a bit run down with stains and dry/“crunch” spots on carpet and furniture. Tile in kitchenette and fridge had obvious splatter of food or sticky stuff and the bathroom sink had dried toothpaste from the previous guest. Little things on their own but together, they made the room feel dirty and our stay a bit less comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the shower/tub combo was clean so not all bad. "

"I didn’t have any hot water for the first 36 hours or so. There is no WiFi. The TV has around 15 channels but no remote. Neither of the restaurants were open during my 3 day stay. Beds are super hard. "

"Beautiful place to stay and walking distance from tourist attractions. Be aware of where exactly to park. I did not pay attention and parked in the wrong parking lot - paid $62 for 1hr45min parking! Trains run until late creating some background noise but in all it was a good trip."

"Is really close to the Art museum, field museum and aquarium. I would uber to the river for all the shops. Especially at night. Trader Joe’s is also just a few blocks as well!"
