「Great stay at this historical property in an amazing location! Most of downtown Dubuque is within walking distance as is the riverfront, casino, and museums. Wonderful huge room with river views in addition to spacious fitness center and fun bar on site. Will stay here again in future.」

「Excellent location. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Galena historic district, but be prepared for hills. The hotel does have a shuttle, however we did not need to use it. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a buffet service set up in the restaurant. We definitely enjoyed our dinner at Frank O'Dowd's, and we understand there is live music on the weekends. There is a cute private walking path behind the hotel, called the Fairy Ring. It's a loop trail that's less than 1 mile....

「The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?」

「Missed having breakfast as it didn’t start till after 7 and we had an 8 game Not a gambler so didn’t use the casino side」

「The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any concerns. The pool area was clean and neat and the lifeguards were on point with keeping everyone safe. Very fun and famy friendly event spot. The drive to local cities for food were also convenient from the location. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 6. At least they gave us a warning about the possible bugs we might encounter in our space. It wasn't bad though as they had screens on the balcony doors. I would recommend...
