「Well first this site says rockfalls inn and suites the build says best western and then inside there sign say days inn. There rooms were ok only had about six channels」

「The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!」

「The owners were very nice. Easy check in. Older property but kept in good shape. Easy parking.」

「If you get a hot tub room, make sure you ask at the front desk for a shower mat. If you don’t and you try to take a shower without one, you will find yourself slipping all over the sloped hot tub floor. Not sure why this isn’t provided up front. Also, the room smelled a bit musty.」

「Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking.」

「Property was dated but okay consideting the location. Nice, but unhelpful staff. Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast...

「This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.」

「They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.」

「Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.」
