「It was your average hotel but staff was very nice. Overall clean and comfortable. It’s a bit different with their being 2 different hotels kind of on the same premise but we were eagle to find the pool and areas we needed Only thing we didn’t like was a maintenance person came to our room to add a thermostats. It seemed weird that it had to be done right then/that day when we were leaving the next day and easily could have waited. That is the only reason for the lower score.」

My mother in law and sister we both told it would be a long time before their rooms were ready and it was 3pm check in at the time. When they complained the staff got irritated and answered with not their problem because we had too much family staying there. The family was there for a wedding so yes we booked multiple rooms. Then when another family guest checked in to a room with...

「The room was dirty and in disrepair. The chair was filthy with stains everywhere and a used plastic spoon stuck between the cushion and the arm. The shower head leaked, no hot water even when all the way to hot and left running, long dark hair stuck to mirror that would have been impossible to miss if someone cleaned the sink or mirror. There was a roach on the hand towel in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Breakfast was barely more than a roll and bananas and they were almost out of...
