We truly did enjoy some aspects of our stay, and we appreciate the opportunity to visit your property. However, I wanted to share a few concerns that unfortunately impacted our experience:
The floors were quite dirty—walking barefoot left our feet black.
None of the fireplaces were working, which was disappointing.
The water in the jetted tub came out yellow, so we weren’t comfortable using it.
The sheets provided for the hide-a-bed were dirty, and the down stairs hide-a-bed was unusable.
The fans upstairs were extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.
We completely understand that things can occasionally be missed, but given the number and nature of the issues, we feel a partial refund would be appropriate. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope it’s helpful for improving the experience for future guests.
