「The waterpark was one of the selling points for our trip. After getting there, we saw that it was geared more towards children. We didn’t have children with us. We had dinner on site the first night. We ordered the specials. The server was great but didn’t tell us the food that comes with the specials. We orders the cheese sticks that was actually a small cheese pizza. We made a stop at the bar in the lobby. The waitress was very sweet and attentive.」

「No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that. 」

「The breakfast was great. Room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Both my partner and i woke up in pain from the bed. The front staff could havr been more informative as to times things close and when checkout is. She didnt give any information. 」

「We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!」

「I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!」
