「We discovered the walls are incredibly thin, especially when you are put into a room with an adjoining door to the next room. Around midnight our neighbors decided to play loud music and engage in a very loud procreative activity. When we called the front desk to complain, they did call the offending neighbors, but said activities resumed a few minutes later. When we complained again, the front desk woman did try to call them several times but neighbors didn't answer. Front desk then offered us...

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「Harbor House is our go to hotel in Galveston when we cruise. The staff are wonderful. They treat us like family. They are very clean with comfortable furniture. They are within walking distance of all the cruise piers and restaurants. They have free morning breakfast. They have great parking and have cruise parking available also.」

「Loved that this place is dog friendly, has a pool and bar and a ton of families. It's right on the strand as well which is great. We walked everywhere and walked pur dog through the neigbhorhood behind it, but there are several doggie stations with grass in the parking lot. The price is very reasonable!」
