「A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. 「I love the simplicity of this model. Relaxed feeling, but quality comfy and nothing is a problem. Staff are wonderful. All of them. I left smiling thinking yep, Ive worked hard. Happy to spend my coin on a wonderful stay. I didn't like the digital check-in, I go on holiday to escape digital. I dont want to enter all my details, I want to have customer service, made to feel welcome. The time it takes to correct mistakes for people. You may have done it yourself at reception and not annoyed...
