「My family enjoyed our stay at Dunes! We loved having access to both properties and indoor water parks. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had no issues. We extended our stay the last day and was able to remain in the same room. We will be returning!!」

「No coffee options in room was a big deal for me. Limited room service. For some reason they close the inside pool if it is raining outside... Why have an indoor pool if it can't be used in rain? Staff could use training. I needed to stay an extra day but was told there were no rooms. So I packed and made other plans. On checkout they said there were rooms.」

「This is an older hotel. The room had obviously been upgraded with new floors, walls painted etc. so it was not an unpleasant suite. But bathroom is very small by current standards for 2 people. We used our balcony and enjoyed the view. We did not eat breakfast. Staff were outstanding. We did have a drink by the pool. 「The hotel is very old and not fancy but was fine for our needs. Kids seemed to enjoy the pools. Easy acess to the beach and beach was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in plastic to go containers which seems a bit environmentally unfriendly. All in all we enjoyed the stay.」

「I loved the amenities. You have access to several pools and a water slide where knowing how to swim isn’t a requirement since it’s just under 4ft. You can reserve a tennis court and they provided the racket and tennis balls. The gym is very nice with lots of equipment. The staff at the check in were really friendly and nice. There was plenty of parking and the beach was a short walk just behind the hotel. I didn’t like our first room that had carpet and older decor also didn’t feel clean. ...
