「One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.」

「The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. The building needs some repair (pool shower didn’t work and one of the hot tubs was unusable two days) and the management needs to communicate better. 「Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back. The staff were very nice and helpful as well!
Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it.」
