「The room was very clean, including the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bathrooms are spacious and the shower was nice. Would stay again!」

「No it was horrible had to pay extra for service dog , then was argued with because the staff is unprofessional and doesnt want whats best to resolve the issues charing me 65 bucks for a dog that has papers 1. 2 they made me wake my kids up to move the room or woukd of been charged 150 bucks told me to ve out in 30 mins came back said ok id move then was told i had 10 mins ... wasnt even 10 mins passed when she said 30 mins , had ocean view which was nice id not said anything about the stay till...

The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort.
