歐遜島海灘出租度假屋

「For the price it is what you pay for. We went with this hotel due to it being on the beach and pet friendly. However walking into the studio we booked, I did feel the need to wipe down tables and lay down disposable sheets (I bring on trips in case). There were stains on the table (kitchen and coffee table) and a cigarette burn on one of the cushions on the single chair, dispute the hotel being smoke-free. We were expecting a balcony, but he just had a big sliding window with no outside access...

「Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there...

「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「The place was NASTY. The owner was rude and wouldn’t not respond. She over charged us. The ac didn’t cool. The refrigerator didn’t work. We was over charged. We paid extra for lining and towels and wash clothes. Upon arrival we didn’t have either. I called and text the owner and of course no response. We ended up not staying and paying an extra 2000 to find a new place. I absolutely would not even think about booking this place」

「Nice place to stay but definitely need to work on a few things. Need to wash the walls and get footprints and handprints off. Bathroom windows are see through from outside have a little gap at bottom & can see though regardless of privacy tint! No elevators (not listed on website). House keeping knows the code to your room while u stay. Had a housekeeper walk into our room no knock, while we were getting our stuff together to check out & was rude we were in there past check out time. Definitely...
