Norfolk - Virginia Beach 2 Stars Hotels

Gorgeous

Motel is a great value. Clean, comfortable, quiet. a quick walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the boardwalk. The staff was lovely, easy check in/out. Hotel very clean and their continental breakfast was amazing as well as the staff in the restaurant area. Housekeeping were outstanding also. Will stay there again.

Love Tru Norfolk!

It was a very nice place great view of the ocean. It did surprise me that the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and we couldn't hang our toilet paper in it. It just was not something you should see in a place that nice. Also the maid service every other day was puzzling I don't remember being told that or asked if we needed towels on the day she wasn't coming? That was a little unexpected. The Continental free breakfast was marvelous! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! We...

Great stay!

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful—notably calm with demands coming from lots of people at once. He’s a gem. Sofa bed was stained enough that a teenage boy declined to sleep on it, and the room had no toilet paper when we got there.

We had a great stay super nice room especially for the cost.

The property was very clean and very quiet. I liked how the entrance to the building locked at 7:00 pm and between 7:00 pm to 7:00 am you had to have a key card to get in. That made me feel safe especially when there are kids involved.

This was a new, clean hotel with good beds and nice breakfast.

The breakfast was great and had many selections to choose from and the buffet setup was clean, hot and flavorful.

The staff was way beyond helpful and pleasant. Everybody was treated very friendly. I will stay there on my next trip.

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

I was coming to Chesapeake from a long drive from Upstate NY. I was very tired and found the hotel online with hotels.com. I booked it using my phone, then used GPS to find the hotel. I just wanted to go to sleep. When I arrived, I found out that my reservation was inserted for the next day and I couldn't check in until after 3 pm. Well it was around 5 am and all I wanted to do was lay down. The front desk clerk allowed me to check in anyway and later on, I was given a late check-out. So in all,...

Room was very clean and modern. Finally a beachfront hotel smart enough to not put carpet in the rooms! Restaurant (Clayton’s) had pretty good food. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in a a handful of hotels in Norfolk over the past couple years and this has been my best stay so far. The hotel of course is so close and convenient to the Naval Base as well as my sons home. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and breakfast had plenty of variety. Will now be my first choice over hotel when in the area.

Great stay for the money!! Close to Naval base and main shopping and entertainment areas.

This was a last minute selection. It was a great location, two blocks from the beach and close to the convention center. This is a cottage not a resort, I had one of the smaller rooms but yet it slept three comfortably and equipped with a kitchenette. The owner and his son were great people, very helpful and let me check in at 10am on arriving into town. The website photos don't tell the whole story and You really need to try this place out. #perfectplace
