I had a pleasant stay at Ocean 2700 in Virginia Beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—it's within walking distance of the beach and close to basic necessities, including breakfast options and a 7-Eleven. Amazing spot for a low price, food near by and very close to the beach boardwalk I enjoyed the hotel a lot of space, even a desk and a bit bathroom. The air also was nice and they even had a fridge and microwave.

Great location for the beach and boardwalk. Hospitable staff. Disappointed with the condition of the room, appears very old and outdated. No blankets for the beds or very old. Shower had hair in it. Rooms do not match the website. I really enjoyed the pool and it was maintained well as far as cleanliness!!

The room was super clean and the AC worked. It’s a great deal if you’re looking for affordability and just a place to sleep. We loved that we could just walk to the beach. But unfortunately the linens were very outdated. My husband and I had to go to target and buy pillows because the ones at the hotel were super flat. I thought it was a joke. They also didn’t have any blankets, just a thin top sheet so we had to buy blankets as well. And the towels were so well used and thin looking but I didn’t want to waste money on buying towels. It didn’t look like they had staff that took care of the rooms on the daily

The hotel’s location was excellent and close to the beach, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. The room was not clean, and there was even a bag of trash from a previous guest left in the corner. I had to take it out myself and leave it outside the door, where it remained for the rest of my stay. The amenities were poor quality, the bed made noise, and the bedsheets did not feel clean. The office area was also dirty, and the staff were rude. Would not recommend this hotel for couples or families.

This is a nice place to stay for a long weekend at the beach, its no frills but clean and comfortable, barely had to drive anywhere and good that it comes with free parking. One thing that did bug me is the lights right outside make it feel like afternoon when its the middle of the night. Great weekend.

The room was very clean and spacious. Being so close to the beach front is amazing, with most hotels there you have to pay for parking but here it was free. The staff is very helpful and kind. It rained most of my stay and with it being so humid the air conditioner was put in to work. And it did not disappoint. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for business travel. Parking was convenient and easy, the property was quiet, and the room was clean and well maintained—perfect for getting real rest after a long day. Very convenient,had everything you needed and pool was never crowded staff was awesome, very affordable was skeptical at first because I'm a hotel snob but the hotel I pre booked the front desk lady was rude ASF so I cancelled and ran into ocean 2700 it was after a busy weekend and they were just cleaning rooms so we couldn't check in immediately (but it was prior to check in time anyway) but the second a room was ready they called it was great price will definitely stay again... They even opened pool early after I asked when it opened and again it was prior to open time but they opened it right up for us... Great staff especially front desk lady ...

The staff were very nice and helpful! The room stunk, the sheets were so dirty we had to go out and buy our own bedding, bathroom was ok, the whole room was terrible. The room should have been 30.00 a night!
