The hotel needs 100% renovation, very dirty and most of the bathroom has big cracks, smelling and not worthy to be commercialized. Below living standards. I will never recomend. And its pricy too.

The room was ok .The hotel was not that clean .The beach is right outside .The rooms are not nasty but not super clean .The worst part is the parking .....Omg if you have a nice car or somthing in the back of your truck dont go here .They only have offsite parking ,you have to walk down the street to get to ..The parking is in a shady alley with no lightning at all.I had to pay the horel 50 dollars to park at there hotel garage to keep my truck safe .I will never go back

Tried several times to get a remote or tv to work and in the 3 days nothing and noone at front desk cared or seemed to make any attempts to fix it. The floor of the balcony was a safety hazard the tiles were peeled off and some were just left here and there loose. The sofa bed had springs you could feel across the whole thing and was so thin I had to stash the couch cushions within the fitted sheet so my son could get a little sleep.

My room didnt look nothing like the photos they look like on the site beds were uncomfortable the tv was cracked had lines through most channels were in Spanish and looked like and random helper tried fixing some prior issues in the room like water damages looked like someone was thrown the wall the patch work jobs were done crappy definitely needs to be updated in the rooms and you cant smoke or vape anywhere on the property or the balcony whitch sucks will not stay again .

The view stunning.. the room itself is OK better than the actual hotel. Elevator is a little rough… We were on the second floor so we took the stairs. it was kind of tricky at checkout because there is one elevator and it’s only big enough for one luggage rack. The parking is offsite, but it’s very walkable no issue. I would stay there again for a short trip to the beach.

I would definitely entertain staying there again in future trips to Va. Beach. Many others hotels that are better and many others that are worse.

This is an old hotel. It requires an update. Staff are always very kind. Even though its a low rate, they charge extra for room service, which i never use. With housekeeping fee it is still very low priced. The balcony is very dirty, but besides that its a great place to stay.

The hotel was great! I will definitely come back. I should be back in the spring so I will try for this hotel when I book. Good clean room with a 5 star view. Elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. Parking lot is a little bit of a walk and would be tight if you were there when it was busy but again not that big of a deal. Thanks! I will return.

This hotel is older which is fine and for the price I didn’t expect it to be fancy but I do expect basic things to work, not break or be available and if it does happen to have someone available to fix it or have a solution in place not be told by staff that’s not my job you have to wait until the maintenance comes in at 8:00 we only have one person. Our toilet broke luckily I could fix that it was just the chain to flush it, our shower rod was broke and would not stay up so no shower curtain I needed a shower we had to be somewhere could not wait for maintenance, no blankets asked for some was told no access to housekeeping but also they don’t have any not sure what happened to them. One young girl who was working the evening shift was amazing she was super sweet and tried her best found us one blanket. The night lady was rude and disrespectful. After her telling me she don’t get paid to do xy and z I suggested taking a rod out of another room she didn’t want too but I insisted she finally did but I had to change it out myself and then she told me I had to bring the old one back down to her at the desk. Overall the place was not very clean and run down which for the price right on the beach I could of dealt with. But no excuse for poor customer service or not being able to address basic functions of the room.
