Cais do Sodre 2 Stars Hotels

From check in to check out, this stay was great! We had the balcony room, which was nice to sit out and eat supper or breakfast on when we wanted to stay in. Nice and quiet in the rooms, but within walking distance to everything and an elevator to help bring your bags in and out. The AC works gloriously, and the shower was wonderful too! We were able to check in without someone there, which was very helpful because we arrived at 1am. Overall, I was very happy with this stay! Would stay here...

My first time staying in a place like this and I can’t complain, I felt safe and it was clean also in a good location for eat affordably from local establishments.

I found all rooms with TVs or Cubans screens to be extra clean as well as sleeping quarters and hallways Very nice stay if 2 days in a budget. The coed sistem seamed to work out without incedents Very well organized. If I’m in need of a budget I will certainly stay again Without worries and safety.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again. However, the first night the wifi went out. The thermostat does nothing and our room on the 4th floor got hot. We had to open a window to cool down but it's way too loud and we would have to close the window again to sleep. A fan would really help. The handheld shower didn't work (maintenance came once but didn't fix it). The rain shower worked. One morning the water was only warm, but nice the second morning. Beds were comfy. Staff was very...

The hotel has an unbeatable locate, being five minutes walk from a major Metro stop at Marques de Pombal. There are also a couple of buses that stop on the sidewalk right outside. There are plenty of cheap restaurants and cafes nearby which is perhaps unexpected given how close the hotel is to the tourist zone. The latter is a very pleasant walk downhill via the scenic Avenida de Libertade. Or get there even faster by taking the Metro two or three stops. The rooms are small but more than...

The Lapa B&B was cozy and comfortable. The trolly stop in front was very nice and enabled us to get around and back with the classic rattling car. Very pleasant.

Dayane, who greeted us upon arrival, was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were clean and ready. The beds were comfortable. The location is ideal, we would have stayed longer if there was any availability.

It was very clean. I am used to hotels but this served the purpose. I like a private bathroom but I knew what I was getting when I ordered the room. I had a private room w son and grandson. I felt safe there. The staff was sweet and available. My favorite thing was the fresh juice machine with a crate full of oranges every morning. The living room behind reception was a very pleasant surprise.

Clean and comfortable rooms.

Small, new, modern, quiet, and very clean hotel, great location, all main monuments in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, close to transportation and walkable to some attractions in the city. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare or warm your food.

Pleasant stay, everything was clean and comfortable beds.

was traveling by myself, first time in Europe. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice basic rooms and amenities.
