C’est un hôtel correct, pour le prix. Chambre propre et personnel courtois. Bon déjeuner. Emplacement ok Points négatifs : Le quartier n’est pas super, surtout le soir. Ce que nous déplorons est l’odeur d’égout quand nous sommes arrivés. C’était horrible! Nous avons dormis les deux nuits avec la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte afin que ça sente moins.

Det märks att det är ett två-stjärnigt hotell. ingen bar, ingen lounge bara några platser vid receptionen. Rummen är inte utrustade med någontig och vill man ha några glas så får man betala!! hur dålig service som helst. Området är väldigt smutsigt och oroligt, mycket knarkhandel pågår inpå knutarna. Taxichauffören varnade oss! Kommer inte att bo i området eller på hotellet igen. Dock var frukostpersonalen och frukosten över förväntan men det jämnade inte ut intrycket i sin helhet.

Tolles Hotel, wirkt noch sehr neu und frisch, fußläufig sehr viel zu sehen. Ansonsten vom Uber abholen lassen, die sind sehr günstig in Lissabon. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

早く着いたのでチェックインを待ったが、14時になったらさらに15分待てといわれた。 シャンプーありとあるが、ボディーシャンプーのみだった。 1日目、清掃を依頼したがシーツはそのまま、床に落ちた食べかすのゴミもそのままだった。 2日目、清掃を依頼したが全く行われていなかった。問い合わせると謝罪もなく、清掃員は16時で帰るからタオルを渡すだけならできると言われた。やってきた清掃員も謝罪なし。 ４階の部屋で眺望はよかったがスタッフが最悪だった。完全に東洋人を馬鹿にしている。
